: Karachay-Cherkessia, from the Teberda River in the west to the administrative border with Georgia and Abkhazia in the south. Foothills and mountains. Camps at 2400–2600 meters above sea level. Hunting areas at 2800–3000 meters above sea level. November temperatures: +4°C (40F) on average, potential for negative temperatures in the mountains

Day 1:
• Arrival at Mineralnye Vody Airport
• Car transfer (about 5 hours) to the starting point for horseback ascent
• Hiking into the mountains
• Overnight.
Days 2–6:
• Hunting days.
Day 7:
• Descent from the mountains on horseback
• Car transfer back to Mineralnye Vody
• Overnight stay in Mineralnye Vody
• Departure
Additional information: bring a sleeping bag for temperatures below -10°C and a mat; riding skills are welcome
