: Kabardino-Balkaria Republic. Mountainous terrain. Hunting areas at 2800–3300 meters above sea level. October: deep autumn, transitioning into winter in November. November: rains turn to snow, snow cover appears in the mountains by mid-month. Average daily temperature in November: +4°C, possibly lower (40F)

Day 1:
• Arrival at Nalchik or Mineralnye Vody Airport
• Transfer by car from Nalchik (about 2 hours) to the base camp.
Days 2–5:
• Early morning departure to the mountains by car, then ascent on foot or horses
• If no trophy is taken on the first day, overnight stay in a shepherd’s hut in the mountains
• Usually, hunting lasts 1-2 days, then return to base camp
• The next day, departure to the airport.
